Informer Bulgaria S.A., subsidiary of Informer Group has completed the procedures of purchasing the 2,94% of the capital of the Bulgarian Bank “Municipal Bank”
“Municipal Bank” was established in 1996 and has 16 branches all over Bulgaria.
The cost comes up to LEV 677000 about €346145
