AGREEMENT BETWEEN INFORMER S.A. AND TEMENOS GROUP AG (18/Jul/2008)
Athens, 18th July 2008: Informer S.A. announces today that has signed an agreement to transfer its Informer Group banking business to Temenos Group AG.
This business is related to Temenos T24 (International Core Banking Leader), banking software assets belonging to Informer Group and several local country platforms.
The consideration is 12.000.000€ in cash and 664.066 shares of Temenos Group AG, while liabilities (almost zero), receivables and cash, over 14.000.000€, remain to Informer Group.
After this, Informer Group will invest on developing the remaining business, focus on “Card Processing Business” which, as it is known, operates successfully in recent years.
